Each time you tap, three things happen.

First, a guided meditation: a calm voice that brings your attention back to your body and your breath. Underneath it, a nature soundscape, the kind of ambient sound that settles you and slows everything down. Then a card draws for the day, a single line from the Grounding series, something quiet to carry with you.

A note on scent, and why we renew

Each card is sealed to hold its aroma. Once you open it, the scent begins to breathe, and like everything in nature, it doesn't stay forever. Expect a full scent for about 10 to 20 days: longer when kept in a closed space like a book or a drawer, shorter when left open to the air or in your car. When the scent softens, it's simply time to return to a new one. That's the rhythm of the ritual, and the reason many keep a fresh card each month.

No app to download. You do create a free account on our website the first time, the tap or the QR code takes you straight there, and from then on your ritual is one tap away.

How long does the scent last?
