The Grounding Scent Card is your one-minute return to nature. Each card carries the scent of sage and earth. Tap it with your phone and your Daily Ritual opens.

In that one minute, three things happen.

You hear a short guided meditation, a calm voice that brings your attention back to your body and your breath. Underneath it, a nature soundscape plays, ambient sound from the natural world that softens the nervous system and slows everything down. Then your energy card draws for the day, a single grounding reflection from the Grounding series, something quiet to carry with you.

Before you tap, hold the card. Breathe in the sage. Let the scent begin the return before anything else does.

How to use

Hold the card and take one breath. Let the scent arrive first.

Tap the card with your mobile device, or scan the QR code on the envelope.

Press play. Let the voice guide you. Follow the sound.

When your card draws, read it slowly. Let it settle before you put it down.

Keep the card somewhere visible. Your desk, your nightstand, your morning tray. Let it remind you to return.

What you receive
