At EverAura, every order is packed with care.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. International orders are charged at the actual carrier rate, calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the United States with free standard shipping, and internationally where available with rates shown at checkout.

 

TRACKING

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your ritual on its way.

 

DELAYS

Occasionally carrier or weather delays occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at hello@everaura.com and we'll help.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@everaura.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
